winstrol, need some help

hey guys im 16 nearly 17, ive been offerd some winstrol tablets from a guy in the gym, wondered if i should use them now or wait until im 18-19?
and i have asthma isit safe to take these ?

I doubt they are real but that is pretty screwed up that some guys slanging roids to a 16 year old.
