Winstrol newbie,some help please

I'm not a newbie to exercise and diet I am pretty well read in nutrition I know what I need to eat.when I need to eat. Not into bro science I believe in cals in vs cals out. Keep it clean and around 1800-2000 for me. Of course count calories as well in just looking to get some info on my first steroid experience.in around 20-25% bf. thanks anyone of course I will lift if I take steroids c'mon now.
You have over 50lbs of FAT at 25%. Get your diet right first, continue to lift and you'll be ready for juice(or Winstrol (winny) only cycle lol)... Sometime.
Btw, Winstrol (winny) is really good to me while I'm on it. Full, dense muscles and more strength. Bad thing is, it raises my BP and all gains are gone in 2 days. It's a show compound.

Yeah, that's usually how you help people.. Less advice more funny pix to trash newbies, I agree with those guys ..
Having an extra green dots doesn't make u better than others,
Yes the op is chubby, and clueless I guess that's why he started the thread, he is not as experienced as you mr Olympia ..
Even he doesn't lift, don't u think that telling him that aas is not for him and that he should start lifting is better and easier than google searching for those childish pix?
Well.. I guess the problems starts from the likes u gettin from ur friends , which I respect by the way, as those same friends are more helpful than you ..
I ve Ben here for a while... And I ve seen your posts... People like you feel just better when they insult others.. So sick..
I'm not expecting anything from you but flaming,, or may be another childish pic , well do it buddy.. No one really cares,

On a side note.. Thnx god u not a moderator .. Our moderators are more educated , more helpful than you sir.
Steroidology is a better home without a mod like u.

This actually ended up being a good thread if you can read through all the emotional baggage. Yes, Rodstar, nobody today likes being told to wait.
And yes, we all started somewhere. I started with no idea really of what I was doing in the gym. I knew the fundamentals of good nutrition. I just new I somehow was missing something, and steroids could probably take me there. It took me all of 15 minutes to find a source through Google. I ordered a pre-designed beginners stack online. It included no instruction for its use, but thankfully at least rudimentary PCT drugs. I didn't even know if my source was reputable. Again, thankfully it was. My new gym, again thankfully, had a trainer who made sense of everything for me. She knew where I wanted to go and designed a four day split routine, the basis of which I still use today. A bunch of happy accidents got me going in the right direction. But we're telling you you don't have to rely on dumb luck alone. I didn't find Steroidology until I was well underway.
You may not always like the personalities who you run into here. But try to unearth the principals they're trying to convey. Get out of the way of your own ego. Listen. Ask more questions.
Steroids aren't magic. And they only work for the body in the right condition. Get yourself in better shape first! That's the principal being conveyed. Reduce your body fat. Research your diet. Get comfortable with a weekly routine of strenuous resistance training. Yes, bro, learn how to lift!
Only then will a cycle of steroids make sense to you and your body. Untill these pre conditions are met, steroids will do you no good.
I'm afraid, the informed answer still is..... You can't have it yet. You're not ready.
You have to wait.
At least a year. Learn to train. Learn to eat clean. Learn to eat big. 2000 cals is less than a maintence diet for almost all of us. But jumping into a 5000cal deit may cause dammage to your digestive system. Let your body guide you. As you start to lift heavier, you will become hungrier. Avoid salt, sugar, and processed food. Learn to cook! Lose the body fat first.
As a denizen of a modern consumer society, I'm sure this is a confusing message.

I think what it comes down to is people taking time to eductae yourself. Sooooooo many folks come i here with kut any know ledge of basics like the basics of eating right. Somethi g that a little research can help hell not even trying you can stumble on how to eat while on and off cycle to maximize and maintai mass. Not everyone is cut out to use AAS thats a fact and to those who think that everyone can be saved or helpped with that comes out the end of a needle you are hopelssly in lala land.

Ive gotten a lot of good advice here, and thanks to the other person for sticking up for me.some peoples egos just force them to put others down to make their own meaningless life feel somewhat more meaningful. i guess I gave the impression I have no knowledge in nutrition or at the gym.after researching I came to the conclusion I'm going to drop 20 lbs.get dedicated, lost in the life of nutrition and gym.it will be easier and less stressful off the juice. If I fail this Time then I know I am no where best ready to take synth. Thanks everyone. Going to lurk the forums here for the next few moths educating myself on the benefits and negative affects.

Here u go buddy..
A good start.. Dropping those 20 fat pounds , while building some base at the same time.. Is the way to go.. And when u hit a plateau , then u can think of AAS ,
Who knows may be you would be satisfied from the results and u won't jump to the juice..
Good luck sir.
