Now that the cold weather is here, is the time to eat and train for size. Comfort foods--roasted meats, stews, etc are the best. I am not sure about anyone else but my appetite seems to naturally increase as the weather gets colder. A bit of extra bodyfat goes unnoticed in winter clothes and will help with training heavy. Enjoy the winter I know that I will.
