Women and bulking diet

Hi girlzzzzz

I'm currently on a fat loss programme with 3j trying to drop as much fat as possible during the next few months. I kind of now know what works for me to drop fat.

After the summer I may be looking to pack on some muscle so do a bulk then cut after. How many cals above Maintenence is good to add muscle? I understand fat would be added but want as little as possible. 2g protein per pound of body weight? Carbs at each meal I would assume.... How many grams? I also believe fats should be lower...

If you're working with 3J and yielding great results, I'm assuming he knows what your body reacts like. Consult with him about a bulking diet. It would be pretty much the same foods, just different ratios and at different times. He'll steer you right. Too many cooks ruin the stew.
