Women and HGH for fat loss

Just got two kits of 100 iu "blue tops" and I'm going to use a kit, and my gf is going to use a kit.

However, I will be using mine to build at 4 iu a day, 5 on 2 off. (I wish I could run more but you all know this shit ant cheap)

From all the information I've read I see that 2 iu a day 5 on 2 off is best for women to use as a fat loss tool. Is this correct?

Currently she trains with me in bodybuilding and she does eat well. She has lost quite a bit of weight and her body is shaping up beautifully. She trains hard so I know giving her a bit of an edge will help.

Are there any other steroids out there that are safe for women to use? We tried winstrol and that didn't have a good effect and we think it may have helped create an injury she has been fighting for months. She has tennis elbow extremely bad and occasionally golfers elbow. Damn thing keeps getting re-injured. I also learned that winstrol should be used by those with a low BF% to really see any gains.

Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks ladies!
 
Winny is known to dry you out. Good drying affect at low bf. if bf is higher it will mainly just dry ur joins. Anavar is a great one for woman. It also works best at a low bf tho.
 
Ok so I've researched Anavar and am gonna get enough for her to run 100 days at 10mg, she has enough HGH to run 70 days at 2 iu 5 days on 2 off.

Would you gals recommend we wait till we get the Anavar for better results? Seems like a no brainer. Wish I had known about Anavar a couple weeks ago! LOL FAIL!!!
 
I think you are being reckless playing Dr. on your girl. Feel free to put anything you'd like in your body, be very careful what you you encourage her to put in hers. Your blue tops have a 99.9% chance of being fake. They are more than likely 192aa or some other form of peptide. Real HGH cost more than $2-3iu. Also anavar is highly faked as well. If you really want to help her loose weight consult someone to help her with her diet and training. There is a person on this board that can help. Legit HGH is a 6 month minimum commitment for fat loss. Diet and training can accomplish the same in far less time and for less money. I hope you read tons more before encouraging her to put something she has no idea what it is in her body. You could mess her up for life. Better yet tell her to become a member and read for herself. Thank you for your concern, however it is not needed or wanted. She reads every bit of information I find. The good, the bad, everything. You don't need to worry about my money and the products I get.

Thank you for the incite, as a bodybuilder I had NO IDEA diet and exercise is important!!! Troll somewhere else.

I have helped women use both HGH and Anavar and usually don't recommend much more than these two substances for women. With both of these and any AAS/PED you should start low to see how your body reacts to it and then build up. I would use the HGH only first. Start at 1IU a day in the AM. Be on the lookout for joint pain and being sluggish. HGH can have an impact on thyroid function. My wife has to use 50mcg of T4 a day while on GH, I use 100mcg T4. After a week or two of 1IU a day you can increae by .5IU ED for another week until you get to your goal dose. HGH should be run for long period of time so if you only have 1 kit then I would just stick with 1IU a day with the 5on, 2 off protocol to make it last longer.

After you are fine with the HGH then you can start the Var. Start with 2.5mg ED for one week. If no issues then the second week increase to 2 doses of 2.5mg (total 5mg) a day. Again, if all is good, then increase to 3 doses of 2.5mg (7.5mg) ED. For most women this is enough, especially for a first cycle. If you are competetive and handling it well then you may go up to 10mg a day. Beryond 10mg a day is going into man's land and I don't recommend it for women unless they are very experienced and competeing.
 
My concern is the fact that you only have a kit each of GH. I promise you need to run GH for at least 6 months. Additionally, I would GH serum test your GH before you both start as there is a lot of fakes and you want to confirm you actually have GH. Additionally Var is good but having her fun it 12 weeks is a long time and taxing on the liver. Generally var is ran 4-8 weeks. Lastly, if you have diet dialed down and if she is looking for a boost, T3 is another option. As for the messed up joints from Winny, I've greatly improved my joints by taking TB500 peptide.

as for you, if you want to build muscle you should be running a minimum of 6iu a day.. 4 is more for fat loss for men..
 
also 70 days is just not enough time to see real results from gh..

I have typically read that 2iu daily is the norm, but I have not really seen results from doing this. So I was interested in your comment about women using 3-4iu daily to facilitate fat loss. My questions are: 1) Would you do this in the am or the pm (or does it matter?), and 2) would you divide the dosage into 2iu in the morning and 2iu in the evening, or just inject all at once?

My wife started out with var @ 10mg/ED. Within the first week she noticed significant strength gains. Not much in the fat loss dept though. She is pretty lean to begin with at 12%... after her first cycle (8 weeks) she came off, 2 months off but kept diet fairly clean (we don't eat prep clean year round for sakes), 2nd cycle ran 20mg/ED, no sides except big strength gains and muscles becoming much more pronounced! Def rec var! It's crazy to me how much she reacts (positively) to a dose that would do completely nothing for me! Lol!
