Hi there, ill break the ice by saying im a guy, but im on here looking up info for the girlfriend, she just recently told me she want to try a cycle. I was looking through the threads you ladies have posted but they all seem to be the same... Anavar anavar anavar..... Im not sure if its because there are steroids you ladies should and shouldnt take do to certain sides or what... I have a few test, deca and some orals cycles under my belt but im taking your ladies advise... Dont listen to the man on how to use anabolics.

So ill start with her stats

23 yrs old
Her diet, along with mine is SHIT at the moment.... We decided to move back in with her mom for the summer, live rent free and save up extras for next semester! Her mom is very unhealthy and every meal is white fast carbs and red meat.. However we are moving back out for september and that is when we will start dieting again.. Before we moved in here our diet was g2g, cept for saturday cheat days lol.
Anyways, her goal is to tone out put on some pounds and get stronger
Her training- was mainly legs and glutes but she is now including arms and legs
Nether one of us are in compitions we just do it to look and feel good
So now that I got all that cleared outta the way (sorry if its a lil wordy)
I know how to build a cycle for a man but not a woman, see I was thinking maybe like
125 mg of test cyp a week for 10-12 weeks,
Nolvadex 10 mg/d two weeks after for 4-6 weeks
Good idea? Yes, no, if not why?
