work out for martial artist

hi friends

i work out but with a different goal=developing my martial art capacities.............So i like JAVOREK technics......Let's talk about it if you want
 
Well, the way I practice Russian Sambo, I'm only supposed to train my body through training the art. So any actually iron pushing I do is really minimal to throwing around, and being thrown by, 230-300 lbs 6'+ guys.

And boy, with the pain it gives me, I sure to wish I could push iron a little more, heh.

thanx KALAS.........i work out sometimes with JAVOREK PRINCIPLES= i do basic movements with speed and during 6 reps and without stopping i do the other exercice
JAVOREK was the trainer of a lot of athletes =running/martial arts etc....
look at this program (excuse my english)=with medium weigth

1)deadlift x 6
2)rowing x 6
3)shrug x 6
4)military press x 6
5)squat x 6

this is one cycle
you can adjust the number of movement/cycles/weight/
biceps if you want for example

Your body stay powerful and speed........and if you do a lot of cycles without stopping it's a kinf of cardio too!

4 questions please ? 1st no chest training like bench press ? i think i would definately add the bench press and 2nd how many times a week on this , 2 times a week on nonconsecutive days ? 3rd do you find adding arm work is to much leading to overtraining or injury from the grappling involved ? and finally how often do you perform cardio and ab work ? thanks .
