Work out routine

Im trting to revemp my work out plan, so how does this sound? Monday: Chest and Tris Tuesdays: Forarms and Calfs Wensdays: Quads, glutes and lower back Thursdays: Bis and upper back Friday: Shoulders
 
It all depends on what you are trying to achieve, and what specific exercises, how many sets etc.

Not sure if having lower back on wed, then upper back on thurs is a good idea - need more recovery time. Any reason why you dont have one day for arms, one for legs, etc? I usually space out my split more with only 4 weight training days per week. depending on your schedule, I would do something more like this:

sunday - back & chest

monday - shoulders, traps, forearms

tuesday off or cardio if you are cutting

wednesday - legs (hams, quads, calves, glutes)

thursday off or cardio

friday - bis and tris


with your current wednesday, it will be awefully hard to train back after legs if you are training heavy - esp. with the # of sets and heaviness of the 5^5 program!
