You've woken up the Demon
Ok just a question. I have a wrk out plan I follow now and was wondering if it s ok as i have heard many variations.

day1
chest and tris pyramid up in weight
day 2
rest
day 3
back and bis
day 4
rest
day 5
shoulders and legs/calves
day 6
rest
day 7
start over ?

then their is another I used to run...It is the same as the above day on day off, but it was chest and bis, back and tris, shoulders and legs/calves. Which one will work best for a bulking cycle...... Thank you:smashcomp

working legs with shoulders and calves seems pretty extreme.

I know whenever im doing working on just legs im pretty exhausted by the time im done.

you can do that and switch it up every week.
my workout routine usually looks like this:

day1
chest and shoulders

day2
back

day3
tri's and bi's

day4
whole leg

day 5
rest

day6
back (twice a week for me)

day 7
legs (2 x week for me)

(i usually workout abs at home, 2 nights a week)

my workout is pretty similar to that

day 1 - chest
day 2 - legs/ calves
day 3 - arms
day 4 - shoulder
day 5 - back

i like to throw in abs every other day
