Ok just a question. I have a wrk out plan I follow now and was wondering if it s ok as i have heard many variations.
day1
chest and tris pyramid up in weight
day 2
rest
day 3
back and bis
day 4
rest
day 5
shoulders and legs/calves
day 6
rest
day 7
start over ?
then their is another I used to run...It is the same as the above day on day off, but it was chest and bis, back and tris,shoulders and legs/calves. Which one will work best for a bulking cycle...... Thank you
