Working Same Part Twice A Day On Gear?

Hey so Im doing research on another cycle and debating whether to go on but I was wondering with being on gear allowing no overtraining does anyone work the same part twice a day six hours after?

I have a small gym in my condo I with dumbbell rack I could use at night to go along with my regular workout at public gym and was wondering if doing twice a day will help progress.

I wouldn't think so bro, maybe same group 2x in a week, if you were fully recovered, but chest twice a day 6 hours a part seems like it'd do more harm than good, just my .02's

Let the muscle heal with is highly recommended. Let a muscle group heal for three days before working it in the gym again. In three days your muscle group will heal so you can lift at your max potential. Every few weeks I advise only doing your max weight to see where you are at.

work each bodypart no more than 2 times a week , most people would do better with a every 5-6 day routine than 2 times a week per bodypart.

P used to work my tri's a few days a week and they were incredible. If you have problem area or something you want to emphasize them a little extra attention won't hurt . Arnold did it and you can argue with that. It is common practice to use a 5 or 7 day rotation. The key to growth is feeding the muscle properly so it grows.

Its funny cause I just posted 2 days ago asking if squatting 3x/wk would work and pretty much nobody thinks so. I`m switching my routine now to squat only 1x/wk. I`m still training natural but on sept. I will start my 1st cycle and I want to do it as co-rrect as possible.
I agree with the others^^

just wanted to bump this thread to get some more feedback.

how many sets do you 170-190lb's guys do per muscle group? height around 5'10

I'd imagine that it's fine to do two training sessions in one day, but I wouldn't do the same bodyparts lol. Not sure if there would be a real advantage to doing this though, unless you're doing some serious volume.
