anyone advise me on a good workout i can do to build size taking into consideration that i work 12hrs a day for 5 days??
stats:
24yrs old,
weight= 62kg
height=5'9
bench press=41kg 5reps
deadlifts=41kg 5 reps
barbell press= 26kg 5reps
hard gainer
