So your running the 5x5 routine?

What are your goals with the cycle? And more is not necessarily the best. You can definitely handle a little more, but not week one. That will start kicking in during week 2.

Yes i am and my goals are For Size and strength so im doing them Half reps also so should i stick with my current or add a bit more during week 2

too many exercises doing the same thing IMO. post up in the training section. no need to increase your volume unless you feel like you can. doing this much volume at this high weight, low rep scheme is asking for problems, again IMO.

btw this is not a 5x5 program that i have ever seen. this is a 5x5 rep scheme. two different things. you need to go back to basics in designing a program - working one body part a day is one thing but performing variations of one exercise per day shouldn't be on anyone's plans.
