Ok so a quick stats and background first
5'11.5", weight no guess, dont really go by weight, just look
and when my looks complete ill begin to weigh myself more to put on more weight,
but if i had to guess anywhere from 178-191 with bf 10-8%, yes i know a big difference, but im a big guy muscular wise,
and when my look is complete ill post a picture then keep picture logs when im complete and ready to begin juice
21 in 16 days. have been training naturally since a few months after my 16th birthday.
mid october of this year will have been 5 years of training with some breaks due to a devestating car accident, cross country move etc
and sometimes i just feel more gains when i work out a 4 or 5 day work out week over a 8- ten day period.
when i started out body type was a 1/3rds ecto and 2/3rds endo. real lanky, not thick, in a t shirt looked skinny, but no muscle at all, "soft loose muscle fibers", with no muscular type build shape at all. love handles with a bird chest. very underdeveloped muscles
now id call my self 3/4s mesmo and 1/4 ecto, bird chest is 95% gone,
when i work harder and run and diet more im a little more cut around my stomach than now but extremities remain cut along with chest. thats when my bf% is closer to 8, and will be less when developments finished.
im still a little under developed in some spots, but by so tiny, just a few more weeks, and the gains are coming in quick due to age and body type
I grew muscle size fast.
now its just been growing my whole body with cut muscle since my accident in nov. 08 with a devestating mass loss due to the wreck, and now a much different way of training than before the wreck.
expect transformation pics soon after muscle development completement.
so anyway with diet being kinda loose as it is with metabolism and what not.
when im training hardcore diet consists of eggs and sausage homemade a banana with a multivitamin. workouts after i eat, then shake, then something like chinese sesame chicken for lunch, or a breaded-type chicken hero. and whatevers being made at home for dinner, usually a meat vegetable and some sort of carb. or eat at a restuarant. and sometimes a late night fast food run which shows no negative, dunno about blood work tho lol.
when training hardcore i eat as less carbs as possible, and absolutely no added sugar or sugar drinks besides bananas which is natural, and what comes in my food.
now i know muscle growth is based 65% on fats so what i eat contains what i need, and the rest well i can thank my metabolism for, for now.
i also use creatine, i dont get a bloat, it barely does anything, but i take it because i believe its scientifically proven to help muscle growth so what the hey why not take it to speed up what i have left to naturally finish. which are lower abs/back, right pec/trap/leg and little bit of tris.
but anyway now with a reconcieliation with longtime girl friend, diet is very very loose, so im not an anal up tight faggot boy friend more concerned about the gym than interacting with my girl.
and now time for the question! since ive been working out again, but with my girl and the diets so bad..what are the worst things to eat and drink?!..besides the obvious chipsahoy and lays potato chips etc..is it PIZZA? SODA? BEER? ANY ALCOHOL? POPCORN? GIRLS LOVE POPCORN! PLEASE FEEDBACK! I NEED THIS SO I CAN TRY TO SET SOME BOUNDARIES WITH GOOD REASON WHILE STILL SLIGHTLY INDULGING. IM A MENTAL PATIENT ABOUT WHAT I EAT. lol
