Support the troops!!!
in my workouts. I am doing chest/delts/tri tomorrow and want to know what you think about adding it in. I have an A.B.C routine where I rotate exersices every week. Could I add rest pause to the last set of chest tomorrow as well as my delt press? I know to only do rest pause every three weeks or so, not to get complacent.
