I am 19, 5'6" and 170lbs and im pretty lean, I am a hardgainer.. i have been working out for about 2 years and i also have to run daily as part of my school so i cant cut out cardio.
I would like to gain a much weight as possible without putting on too much fat.
I am a student so i can't afford expensive foods/supps
If anyone wants to help me out with a diet/supplement plan I would appreciate it.
 
go to the link in my sig.. read through post one and do everything it asks... then come back with a proposed diet... we'll get u on the right track
 
Effective training, (ask around if you don't know)

Proper nutrition (you can do this cheap also) tuna, oats, sweet potatoes
chicken, and brown rice are all solid cheap food.

Water - don't leave home without it.

Rest, if you don't get enough it will hinder the whole process.

These are just nuts and bolts, not a plan.
