Its going to be 3 sets of everything 10-15 reps

MONDAY-LEGS/CALVES
standing calve raises
donkey calve raises
leg extension
squat
leg press

TUESDAY-SHOULDERS/TRAPS\
military press
dumbell lateral raise
dumbell bent over lateral rise
dumbel front raise
shrugs

WEDNESDAY OFF

THURSDAY-BACK/BICEPS
wide grip pull ups
barbell rows
rowing machine
pull over
----------
incline dumbbell curls
preacher curls

FRIDAY-CHEST/TRICEPS
weighted dips
bench press
dumbell incline flyes
dumbell incline press
-----------
flat barbell press close grip
under bar triceps.
------------------------------------------
should i perform this routine one day on one day off .. example
monday
wednesday
friday
saturday

OR

monday
tuesday
thursday
friday

OR

monday-friday
this will include training a muscle group
twice a week.

my goal is to gain hard lean muscle and not overtrain. im 5'8 176 pounds with 12% BF at 23 years old. any help would be appreciated. which routine/schedule would you run/recommend? is this routine effective to build muscle? feel free to critique. thanks
 
lol this is not overtraining don't worry!U can train 2 days on 1 off.U should see my training routine.5 days on 1 off and with high volume.
 
Don't forget about your hamstrings. I usually push my quads/hams way too hard to be able to do calf raises also, so usually I train them on a separate day.
 
Awesome thanks guys for the info. I do hamstrings with legs but I forgot to mention it lol thanks for the feedback guys
