Would you ever do a cycle of Test with slight/possible gyno?

If you thought you had minor gyno/puffy nips , would you do a cycle of test ? With proper post cycle therapy (pct) and a-dex throughout the entire cycle, of course....

Adex isn't overly potent, I think most gyno prone people choose aromasin or letro
