WTF? Haven't lost a pound!

So heres the deal. Started my clen cycle last Mon.(Oct.4) and haven't lost 1 single pound yet! I tapered my doses up to the point where I can't take the sides and still nothing! An average day of mine consists of this.

6 days a week-intense cardio(interval training/45 min-1 hour)on empty stomach/protein shake(2 scoops)after

9am breakfest-3 cups whole wheat cereal/5 egg whites
11am-salmon steak/1/2 cup brown rice/veggies
1pm-same as above
3pm-fish/veggies/fruit
5pm-6oz lean meat/potato/veggies
8pm- shake(2scoops)
9pm-bed

Inbetween snacks consists of almonds and fruit.
Should I go with only 3 smaller meals a day, maybe minus the shake?
Oh before I forget I'm about 12/13%bf, would like to get down to about 9 or even 10% before my Jan. cycle! I also find when I eat anything no matter how small it is my stomach feels like I ate a horse!

any advise would be great!

It just looks to me like you are taking in a lot of carbs, ditch the fruit for sure. I think problem is with diet because if you are doing the workouts you say you should be dropping weight regardless of the clen, also it really isnt possible to do HIIT for one hour, you arent really pushing yourself otherwise you wouldnt be able to last that long
