I’m looking for some good advice on my next cycle. If I choose to do another one, it will be my second.
My first cycle was very light with only 200mg of test Cyp EW for 10 weeks and Sermorelin / GHRP-6 @ 100mcg ED for 24 weeks. I know the dosage for the Cyp was very low, but it felt like it was really working after the second week. Maybe it was just a placebo effect?
Anyway, I have been lifting for 9 years off and on, three of which have been solid. My diet is very clean and I intake over 3500 calories throughout the day with about 7 meals. I am 28 years old, 5’10” and 185 lbs with 14% BF.
I’ve been doing a lot of reading on the forums and have been trying to piece together my next cycle. How does this sound:
Week 1-4 Dbol 40 mg ed
Week 1-12 Test Cyp @500 mg ew (250 X 2)
Weeks 1-14 Anastrozole .5 mg ed
Weeks 14-18 Clomid 50mg ed
How does my PCT look, and what is the best way to keep the gains?
