After more than 1 year I finally came back to bodybuilding & sport game ...
I decided to go away from everything including the boards due to personal problems .. now it's almost back to normal and I NEED to come back
for those ( a lot ) who don't know , I used to be a poster here when the board not as big
glad to see it grew up that way
this board has so much changed !! a lot of new names here .. I hope there is still a place for me though
