Young Gun Looking For Experienced Advice

Hey everyone i posted in another diet thread but i'll post the same thing, any advice or critique would help. i'm tryin to put together a good diet to bulk im lookin to gain 40 lbs. i was taking danabol ds (dianabol) for 2 months but found out a week ago it was counterfiet :wallbash: and needless to say it has swayed me to stay straight on the natty path like i probably should have.

6'4
182lbs
body fat 14%
BMR 2047
Estimated caloric needs 3173

I'm looking to get to 225lbs

Don't have a well planned diet, i work a full time job and go to college so i havn't made it a priority and i don't have a lot of extra money layin around for constant steaks, tilapia, and chicken breasts etc so i was hopin for a proposed diet on a budget? heres what my typical diet looks like

meal one
3-4 whole eggs
ham steak or 5 pieces of bacon
3 pieces of toast
8 oz of grape juice

meal two
2 peanut butter and jelly swich
yogurt
banana or apple
small bag of chips

whey shake pwo

8oz of grape juice w/ creatine and l-glutamine

meal three
varies from 8-12 oz of meat
potatoes or pasta
vegetable or salad

i rarely eat fast food unless its like a MCchicken and small fry....no mayo on that sandwhich lol and i don't drink pop but i drink a lot of juice and water and constantly snack on things during the day like lunchables, jerky, cashews, etc

i havnt had a steady workout plan lately but this is what i thought about doing

monday legs a
tuesday upperbody a
wednesday weakpoints
thursday legs b
friday upperbody b
sat off
sun off

i have different workouts for "a" and "b" days planned but aim to hit each body part using mostly compound exercises, wednesdays i aim to hit my weakpoints which are my shoulders, neck and back

please let me know what i can do to hit my goals and help me get a diet goin. i have a fast metabolism so i'm hungry every hour i swear to god...
 
first, i'm glad your dbol was fake...don't ever do an oral only cycle! esp for 2 months!!. that was a blessing in disguise. first cycle is Test enth or cyp only..but that's a whole other thread.

from an amateur's point of view, there is no way you're eating enough. i eat much more than that and i'm on a cutting diet. you're a lot taller than me and we weigh around the same.

first i would say add at least two more REAL meals...more lean meats for sure. i know you're in college..been there. look for sales on chicken breasts, find meat wholesalers and buy a 10lb bag of breasts and clean and filet them yourself. i know it's a lot of work but it's worth it. i can get 10lb bags of chicken at 1.79 a pound and sometimes at 1.39 a pound...thats ALOT of meat for under 20 bucks. filet it and freeze the excess.

brown rice is not expensive, sweet potatoes aren't either..those are two carbs that will help you bulk for sure. and add oatmeal to breakfast!!!...real oats..not the processed shit.
you can find good deals on big bags of it.

sounds like you're dedicated esp for being in college.

if you can spare some money..contact 3j..he's the expert and i'm sure he has special deals for college kids. good luck!!

yeah it was a blessing in disguise, i don;t wanna fuck up my hormone levels for the rest of my life, i might have a chance to play football again in a semi-pro league. i played for one year in college and i was lookin to bulk up big to play a new position i always liked but was never big enough to play in college or the next level. i appreciate your advice bro it means a lot, i just bought some rice and oats today, got some chicken already and will get sweet potatoes tomorrow. what do you think about tryin some kind of cycle at my age though?
 
No problem bro. Wait a few years for sure..id say at least 4 or 5 years. You're a big kid w a lot of potential to grow naturally. All the vets here will tell you the same....your natty test levels are through the roof right now
