First off I like to say thanks for all you bros who stop by my post with your advices and opinions. I'm an old man so don't need to be gentle.
I'm 41 yrs old, 5ft 8 and 202 pounds. In the past years I have done the acouple of test only cycle, test/eq and 4 yrs ago did a test p/tren a cyle. I been back to gym and putting some time in and doing cardio, and low carb diet. Last Nov I did a test cyp only cycle 200mg/week and gain 15 pounds and bloated. I not trying to get big or any heavier just lose bodyfat. I want hard, cut up look haha like everyone else. I am thinking about a second time around on test p 50mg eod/ tren a 50mg eod cycle. Now question is, at my age it is safe or worth messing with tren, for sure I can handle the edginess alot better now being older. So judging by the pic, please any advice with help. Thanks guys

I would say hit cardio and diet a little harder before starting another cycle. After that if you've ran it before, and can handle it go for it. Pick up an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and that should help with the bloat but there shouldn't be much bloat on a prop and tren ace cycle. Also get some prami or letro for prolactin sides.
 
Yes it safe and worth it if used responsibly. However, the question in your case is are you ready for it?

No offense bro... but by the looks of your pic your not taking training and dieting seriously. My suggestion would be to get those in check before thinking about tren.

That hard cut-up look doesn't just magically appear without some hard work to go with it.

BTW... 41 is not that old. I've got a decade on you!
 
Two thumbs up for both replies so far. Tren will support a loss of body fat with careful attention to diet and rigorous, persistant training. Your diet must be VERY clean. And judging from your photo, you are miles away from understanding and implementing a clean diet.
Before I ran tren, IMHO, I would practice eating clean for at least 3 months if not 6 months. Your diet should become a matter of habit: fully integrated into your lifestyle. Without this point of discipline, I'm afraid you're not going to experience the effect you want from using tren. Especially if you're over 40.

this op, honestly if your diet was clean you wouldn't be gaining fat...
 
Say I get my diet diet, cardio in check next few months. Would the test p/tren 50mg eod or 75mg eod be a better cycle for my size and goal. If I'm not looking to add or gain too much mass, should I even need the tren? Like Hrnyfckr was saying and I been reading that the tren help with the fat loss. I hate that I have such a wide chest, need to loss the fat around it. Please guys give an example of what you would personally do. Thanks

As with everyone else, my best advice is from what has worked for me. When you do determine that you're ready to give it another go, maybe give some thought to a prop/tren a/mast stack. I've had great results and achieved that 'hard, cut up look.'
 
After reading many more posts and looking a my pic, I decided to look into a clen/T3/Prop cycle and get to an ideal weight. The goal is to lose weight and bf. Currently weighing at 202, I want to be around 180-85 ripped. So what you boys thoughts on clen/T3/Prop cycle and cardio?
 
Clen is more for when you're getting ready for a competition and your bf is already low. You can use it but the best results come when bf is already low. I would still hold off on any gear. You should look into the ECA stack and consider doing fasted cardio.

It sounds like your mind is made up, so I would suggest you substitute Albuterol for the Clen. I don't think you're going to like the Clen sides and Albuterol can be just as effective without the sides. You also want to remember that too much T3 will be counterproductive to your muscle building goals so keep it reasonable.
 
You really do not need aas right now, but it seems like you aren't going to listen to us. Just know if your diet isn't in check this cycle will be a waste.
