This is coming from someone who is supposed to be an O's fan since that's my home town. But seriously look back, I mean way's back. Instead of hitting homer's and having growth and test and god know's what else, Babe Ruth was hitting homer's drunk as piss.

The Yank's will alway's own baseball why, N.Y. created the damn game and it= Mofia, meaning highest payroll to control the game. It's been a battle Red Sox, Philly, Yank's but c mon the Yank's as much as you might like to hate them are the game.

I will say this after meeting and being coached a little by Ripken Sr. that old SOB had heart, just like Earl Winphrey or Torrio, but this could go round and a round but the bottom line is the Yankee's own baseball as sad as it may sound and lame as it may be it's just the way it is! Lou Gherig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Mickey Mantle, Babe Ruth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunatly youre right. Dont like never have never will but they will always be there in the end.
Jimbo youre right, Halliday is hot right now, but how about Jimenez for the rockies 6 Wins ERA of 0.87 no HR allowed ????

And how bout someone throwin in ole Ryne Sandberg at 2nd, The man was great 2164 games played 9 Gold Gloves 7 Silver Sluggers 6-time MVP only 109 career Errors at 2B played for 16 seasons!!
Yes I am a Cubs fan to the core. even in the bad times(as they come often)

Absolutly, Jimenez is hot too!! prolly player of the month i'd say. I'm a bit biased for halladay as I cheer for the jays aswell, but I'm sure glad he went to a contender he payed his dues...Ryne was one of the most underated players at that..
