bro's, looking for what you would consider your "perfect" liver protectant capsule would contain in terms of ingredients and dosages... i have discussed this with buffdoc and would love to hear what everyone thinks

ALA, tylers, milk thistle and tamoxifen...maybe even some niacin... all rolled into a neat conveinent cap

Maybe even some calcium d-glucarate, although I am not positive it would help the liver. Other than that, lemme see... ala would be my primary ingredient. I am not sold on milk thistle, although it certainly wouldn't hurt.
