What are your top 5-10 OTC supplements that you just couldn't do without. I'll go first.

1- Multivitamin
2- Vitamin C, E
3- Cal/Mag/Potassium
4- MSM and Glucosamine (my joints suck)
5- Udo's Oil blend for EFAs

That pretty much covers it for me. I don't eat shakes, take creatine, glutamine, or fat burners...
