Currently on 100mg of test CYP e6d. I know its not enough but doc wanted to wait till first blood test which is next week. Started on androgel and man that was rought it actually lowered my test levels. Either way i ordered Acnetame as ive always had problems on my arms even before TRT. But I was thinking about adding zinc and or B12 as well as I have read a lot of good thing about both. But I am already on a multivitamin which has 5mcg of B-12 83% daily value and 15mg of zinc which is 100% daily value. My question is taking more of these two a health a risk or just literally pissing them down the drain. The zinc I am looking at is 22mg of Zinc picolinate a 147% daily value and the B-12 is 500mcg and is like a 8,333% daily value. Still struggling with weight loss from being after being on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for about 10-12 weeks. I have about 35-40lbs to lose and did not drop anything for the first couple of months with a descent diet, not great but not bad. Also was pretty active and worked out 2-3 times a week. About a month ago went to working out 4-5 times a week and a rather agressive diet of probably 12-1400 calories per day with 1 free day a week. Lost about 7lbs. I do think that body composition has changed a little from fat to muscle but still need to lose a solid 25lbs.

Also was looking at the merit of pro-biotics. Kind of get a sense that works and that it may be snake oil. I have plenty of yogurt, cheese, and such so I dont know.

300, weight loss is no mystery. As you stated in your 1st post when you worked out more and eat less you lost weight. You did not mention if you were doing cardio as part of you fitness regimen.

Bottom line, if you're not doing cardio its going to take longer reach your goals. Some of the hard core bodybuilders may argue about cardio and how it may impact muscle building. However, this has nothing to do with average people who are trying to lose body fat. You need to be doing cardio a minimum of 3 times per week on top of resistance training.

part of the problem I had with weight gain or the majority of it was having low T. Before I went on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and even had an idea I had a problem I wouldnt say my routine was that great but it was horrible to the point to get the weight gain that I had. Then about 6 months prior to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or about a year ago I changed my diet and did add in working out 1-3 times a week, along with my activity level which I wouldnt say I was a super bee, but kept plenty busy and off the couch, which should have been enough to at least stabalize myself, which it wasnt, which was the Low T doing this. Now I went onto T and it seemed like my levels have at least stablized, i go up and down 2-3lbs vs before going up 8-10lbs and staying there. But Like I said the past month I have been biking for 40-45mins a day 8miles plus. With a mouse diet of yogurt for Bfast, usually canned chicken or tuna for lunch sometimes small noodles for carbs. Then dinner has been salads with cheese or maybe a 100 calorie bag of cheeze it or something similar in size for carbs and cheap sugars. So like I said maybe 1200 cals a day. With the biking I would have thought the weight would have gone faster. But I also think being on adrogel didnt help and only been on test CYP for 3 weeks, well see what blood says next week but I would guess im going up. so hopefully with the new dose and keeping up with my routine I can loose more. Problem is I hate eating like a squirrel, but fully was aware I may have to do this for a few months. My goal was to drop 20lbs then after that kind of work back a normal diet and lose the next 10-15lbs over a longer time.
