    Incredible read. I have been looking for someone like you to assist with a solid diet but have not been able to find one locally. Alot of my friends know a little but mainly 'what works for them' and that doesnt really work for me.

    Would you mind emailing me as well, I have alot of detailed information I would not want to willingly put on a forum but desperately need your advice.

    Hello I'm ready to make some substantial increases in muscle. I'm 37, weigh 235.lbs and would like your opinion on what to stack for a cycle or two including pct. Been lifting for over 10 years and have only seen minimal improvements. Ready to get ripped with some help!!
    im 20 yrs old 6' 165, just had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago(SLAP tear w/ 7 screws and anchors) so im trying to get everything figured out before i hit it again. I'm not eating good right now because there really isnt anything i can do physical for several months. but when i was lifting i never really had a planned out diet, i would just eat a shit ton of everything with no real direction, which i have learned is not getting me anywhere.
    i already bought helladrol and the pct but from more research on here everyone says you shouldn't use it till about 24-25, so thats what im going to do. i think with a proper diet i can get bulked up naturally. im wanting to get to a good weight of about 195 through a time of several years. what is a good full day meal that will get me where i need to be?
    any extra advise would be great.

    Hey 3j i was jus looking at the post with the precooked food u make a couple days to have i am starting to do that as wel;, i was wondering thought after u had cook chicken and had it in the fridge does heating it up take any nutrients away? or do u jus eat it cold

    3J, looks like you are the go-to guy on this site. Just looking for a little help and guidance. I ran some dbol and deca a few years ago and really had no idea what I was doing but I did see decent results in size and strength. I am currently ready to run my 2nd cycle. I'm looking at 12 weeks, Tren-E 250mg's twice a week, Test 200 mg's twice a week, nad Stan 50mg's everyday. I am 6'3" 275lbs. I currently work out 5 on 2 off and work in a little cardio. I am looking to add strength and cut down to 240-250 lbs. I am looking at am lift sessions with 20 minutes of cardio and some pm cardio 3 days a week. Any advice would be appreciated.
