Even with E2 in check I’m getting increased body acne, especially on my back. Nothing crazy but could definitely be better. I just added magnesium and increases DIM and it seems to be improving.

I’m on anastrozole and my estradiol is in check and perfect but estrone is high. I don’t take clomid on cycle but I’ll look into that. I can’t take more anastrozole because it’ll just completely crash my E2.

Whether I'm cycling or on TRT I can't seem to get my DHT in check. I also have elevated Estrone which I started taking DIM for. Any advice on supplements or what you guys do to keep DHT and Estrone in check would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I've done many cycles but they're very basic and only test, see below. I want to go a little further to gain mass and i'd like to add something to help stay lean as well. I was personally thinking anavar. I am 38, 6'1, and range between 220-225lbs at 12% bf. Any and all help on what to add...

I agree with 3J, you should never cycle that young. You will do more damage than good. Wait until you're at least 25.... Many guys regret starting so young. Increase your calories, keep your diet clean and keep working hard.

From what I understand clomid will do nothing during a cycle. Clomid binds to receptors in the brain to increase the production of follicle stimulating hormone, FSH, and luteinizing hormone, LH. This helps your boys bounce back and produce T. While on a cycle your FSH and LH will not increase...

Any reason why only a month? Sounds to me like it could help with PCT or even extending PCT beyond clomid etc. Any feedback for long term use? From what I understand you need to take breaks every month or two...

I would start HCG as soon as possible. After your cycle you can continue HCG if you like until you start PCT. About 3 weeks after your cycle you want to start clomid and nolva. Make sure you stop taking the HCG at least 4 days prior to PCT.

I've had the same experience as Halfwit. Have gone to PA many times. I was never asked for ID yet.
