    Fatigue is not the primary growth stimulus. Tension is. You don't have to be "burnt out" after a workout for it to be productive.

    With your stats, there isn't much reason to use Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for cutting unless you are trying to get into contest shape. How lean do you want to get? If you are only 10-12%, why not bulk instead?
