I just got my order in today from PSL. Never a problem and always top notch service.

I have been doing decent staying hydrated but I have room to get more water. I'll work on getting more hydrated and see if that helps. I don't drink alcohol during cycles. I Did it once when When I first started and I felt like a pile of crap the next day. So that was that.

Yup, last weeks were smooth as anything. Today in the quad wasn't that smooth. Might just alternate glutes for the next few weeks. My quad is always tender after. Glutes are always my favorite place to hit. Especially after my wife manned up and started doing it for me. Really nice now.
