U do need atleast 3 kits to see good results if you're taking less then 4iu's a day you're just waisting you're time. UNLESS you're a kid then you have so much nat. GH going around that it doesn't take much to see good results. I do understand moderation is everything however in gh less then 4...

the reason U take it before bed more so when you're older is because you're nat. GH starts to drop so now you're not making what U used to so by adding it before bed will increase what is naturally dropping as U get older. And besides by taking during the day really only helps strenghten...
