    I have enough test cyp. to do 600mg/week but I think I'm going to go with 400mg/week considering it's my first cycle. Virgin receptors. :p I'm also going to do 400mg/week of EQ. I'll do a ten week cycle. Just fill the dart with 1cc of each on Monday and Thursday and you're set.

    How do you know you can't take in more than 35 grams? Does your body react a certain way that tells you this? I never understand when people state that they can only absorb a certain amount of protein. How can they know that? I assume they're getting sick in some way?

    I absolutely agree with you! Same weight, same number of reps = no way muscular failure is being reached unless they're resting for an excessive amount of time between sets.

    Don't forget the water. Drink lots and lots (1-1.5 gallons/day). That, the 45 minutes of cardio, and a good ratio of protein to carbs will do the trick if you stick with it.
