    Pullinbig have u been doing this diet since u started dropping from 300ish, or have u progressively lowered as u have stagnated? U must be pretty lean now that u have dropped 30-40 right.

    oatmeal is great and If u just add water to the raw oats and sweetner, u r able to eat a lot more of it, calorie wise. Taste good too.

    Squat 455 Deadlift 525 Bench 315 All gym lifts but am looking into powerlifting. It looks like a lot of fun!

    Bulking Diet

    Just curious u said avoid salty foods, why? I understand that preprocessed food has a lot of salt, but what about adding it to food to enhance flavor? I have heard this alot and never understood the reasoning behind it, unless it is for blood pressure reasons.

    eat more. The gear should will help but u probably don't need it. EAT more at breakfast that meal is very calore deficent at a first glance. Overall I think the gear will help u stay leaner (could be wrong, no experience with it), but especially since u r on u need to eat more
