I was told recently from a natural bodybuilder that your target should be 1.14 grams per pound of bodyweight. Personally I don't calculate either and I am getting the same results as when I was consuming 2 grams per pound. It really just depends on the person and you have to do some experimenting.
Thanks for the info guys. You just saved me about $500. I was under the impression that this stuff is the next best thing to AAS. I'll have to explore other options...I really have trouble taking the risk of ordering on the net.
Has anyone tried Impact Nutrition products? It sounds almost too good to be true but they are pretty expensive compared to the real deal.

It is injectable Winstrol (winny) so hopefully EOD is ok. It is a little spendy. I would like to add clen but I can't even handle caffine so it is out of the question.
Is this a good cutting cycle? This will be my third and the first two were TEST only and had good results gaining 20+ per cycle. Current stats are 6'0 - 230 - BF 16% - age 32.
I would run 400mg Test Enan/week and 50mg Winstrol EOD.
I can see how he lost everything having double hip replacement. That would make me depressed too! You just don't realize how hard you are on your joints when your on it. For the younger guys, you will find out sooner or later.
I am planning on taking the injectable, not oral. Is it still hard on your liver? I thought it was much safer.
I don't need anymore size either. My main goal is to cut and retain strength. It sounds like Winstrol (winny) is the route to take.
