I'm trying to gain some wieght but all the eating is going to my gut. I'm doing cyp and eq. Diet is pretty clean but I like to go off it on Sundays. I'm about 10% bf just wanted add alittle more definition and add some pounds as well. Thinking of doing 20 min of cardio after each workout.
I had the same problem with my rotator cuff and I took 4 weeks in the gym to get use to the wieghts again before I started my next cycle. Just listen to your body bro.
I personally would never use t3 but a client of mine (I'm a personal trainer) was using it and had a bad reaction. He was doing too much and now he has to use it the rest of his life. While he was doing it before he had the problem the only side effects he had was jittery and felt very tired one...
I've always done delts and loved it. I wouldnt recomend doing more than 21/2 or 3cc though. I dont really notice my delts get any bigger they grow good anyways and oil dissipates in a day or two so I cant see that the oil will pump you up.
