    i have noticed that the ab work we do is no longer hard but my freakin shoulders are killing me and it's affecting other lifts power clean/ bench etc. i just do not recover from this BS and yes im eating right 6-7 day taking in 350+ protien its just to much to recover from without lowering...

    My strength coach wich has been with very big name athletes NFL teams etc. very reputable. Has our football team everyday doing push up for about 5 min straight Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri along with other lifts this is just at the end of the workout and we also do abs for about 10min "the same thing"...

    i hear that ass to grass sqauts puts alot of strain on your ACL thats why alot of athletes who sqaut that way have torn acl.....i know of 4 off the top of my head who sqauted like that and all have had torn ACL's they all had very loose ACL's when looked at by doctors??? myth or fact??

    ya i figured im burning about 3400-3500 cals a day and thats in the off season when we are lifting and running i know i need more veggies and pastas but i work also and the bread is just faster to make and use..ya know

    i did a cycle of SD and that was OTC and on a 3 week cycle i went up about 40 on bench and kept 30..i also lost 10 lbs for football season and still kept it... just my .02

    i just started a job at a all womens gym as a personal trainer. i have been lifting for about 7 years now but i play football so the majority of my weight training has been with males in a powerlifting setting...my question, or if you have tips on how to train women and if someone could advise...

    no they dont have eggs they have chopped eggs but not just hard boiled ones....ya i have to live in the dorms for a year mandatory so i gotta deal with it... plus scholarship pays for it so free room thats y i stay here
