i'm planning a cutting cycle. i work my upper body and have always neglected my legs... so i'd like to work on them also
when i'm running a cutting cycle, if i work my legs alot more, am I going to be able to put on any muscle in them?
yeah like it i feel dirty n guilty afterwards so i just dont do it now.
like if i did it and something went wrong the next day... i think it was punishment for wacking off
man i cant do it at all
i feel mega guilty for days and everything that goes wrong in the next week or so i blame on wacking off as my karma punishment
i'm tapped
oh and i lost just over 6kgs in that short time. I only really hold fat in my gut as I'd lost most of the fat everywhere else and that was the last place to go. it made a substantial difference in the mirror and on the scales... but losing strength in the gym was depressing
