I do it, but not very often. I usually do flat, reverse grip and incline(alternating usually do 2 diff types a wk or so) i throw in decline here and there. I think i'll try decline w/dumbbells tho. Haven't done that in yrs.
ya my split has been similar. i did back and bis usually start w/deads, or rackpulls(i alternate those wkly) then do lat pull downs or wide grip pull ups and some form of rows, then wud do 2 sets curls and 2 sets hammers. I started switching arm exercises more lately so i'll see if that helps...
I was just curious what exercises, reps, etc. you guys have gotten the best results in gaining arm size?
And do you take a full day just to train arms or do them w/other body parts?
I've been bulking for a few months and for some reason this time around my arms haven't seemed to gain as much...
I do both but more barbell cuz the gym im at now is real small and don't have much for dumbbells so I bought some bands and use them with dumbbells but even w/the biggest bands the dumbbells aren't very heavy. Im planning on doing more dumbbell work even if it means buying some heavy ones...

I did a little bit on back day before(esp. after heavy deads) i usually can keep it down tho but have felt almost nausious on several diff. occassions mainly back day sometimes leg day.
