I'm running a ketosis diet right now my macros are around 165gF/280gP/25gC. Wheen your body runs out of carbohydrates or glycogen to fuel your body..its forced to use fat as fuel instead. and when your bbodys burning the fat..its using all of your protein as building material.
definatly low carb, your body needs fats in order to keep test levels high, and the fats will yield a greater pump once the glycogen stores have been depleted
I think the best thing to do is to maintain a proper diet and nutrition which have low level of cholesterol . and make a routine of daily walking after eating...
