Hey guys I am going to be running a cycle of X-Mass and Mega-Zol by Generic Labz. For those who don't know X-Mass is Max LMG and Mega-Zol is Prostanozol. I want to do 4 weeks and the company rep recommended 6 weeks but it basically boiled down to this with 2 more weeks.

I was going to start a 5000 calorie diet also but after a few days I realized I definitly need to ramp up to that. Right now I'm just getting good at consistently staying above 4000. But damn the gains start coming when you start eating let me tell you.

You didn't notice any fat gain when adding all that extra sugar into your diet? I know it is low glycemic but it's still sugar none-the-less right? I guess I'm still confused with all the varying opinions on milk floating around these days...what do you guys think good or bad?
