I too am an RN- I am on Armour thyroid meds- very low dose- It appears that there is not a general conscious about what is a optimal blood level- apparently it is debated and there are two schools of thought. Kind of like testosterone- the scale of normal encompasses ages 16-80, if I'm 40 and on...
Tomorrow marks the 1 year mark since I started TRT. I cant believe the difference. Thanks again guys for all the information and support since I joined this site. I may not post a lot, but I am always researching and studying all the information on the site and logging on whenever I can...
My TSH was 2.73, My T3 was 3.1, not extreme number but enough that a mild dose would be beneficial. No anxiety or irritability. I had been doing the TRT for 6 months before starting it so I really didn't notice an increase above what I experience with irritability with the TRT which wasn't...
I am as well. When I first got my blood work done for TRT, they tested my TSH. It was a little high but not to bad. It appears that there is some debates about what the high end of normal levels are. My Dr. recommended that I do thyroid meds. I was a little hesitant because I wanted to research...
I have kind of notice the stomach girth to- but that being said it is the core of the body and the last place the body will pull fat from- extremities first then work its way inward- that's my hope and explanation anyways-- I have been working abs so a small increase is ok short term
Hit some extra carbs- granola and a banana, before the gym today- minimal if any amonia smell in clothes after working out- definitely carbs but I still think it has something to do with the metformin affecting blood glucose levels
I am also sure that's it too- My blood glucose was on the high end of normal before I started TRT- My dr prescribed Metformin to be safe- I wonder if that may be part of it too. I'm having a H1a done again soon and hope that with new diet and weight loss that I will be taken off it.
Just wanted to see what everyone has experienced.
Here is my major changes:
1. I sweat like a whore in church when I work out now
2. Seem to get agitated a little faster than before
3. I have acne- not like when I was 18- but refined to the sides of my torso, nose, neck- pretty sure that's...
Lots of different music types here- I thought there might be a lot of over-lap but that's not the case- Still having a hard time finding the Ice Ice baby metal mix- that damn song has 1000 different remixes on ITunes
