    whats wrong with slapping a little mayo and black pepper on it and putting it on some wheat bread. and a pickle on the side. I love em damm eddible to me. easiest fish to eat in my book. now salmon I pour balsalmic vinegar on it and kills that fish taste!

    why does bench press incline decline or DB presses feel more like arms and shoulder work. I know they are stableliser's but never feels like chest is the target.

I can grow on 3000cals and up but all I asked for was to tell me if diet schedule was good and clean. you said no. then you said take out nuts PW and you sign off but you didnt. and I dont know if you were signing off to be done...
