  • We have free healthcare service in uk, very lucky for that, it's not perfect but nothing is..
Thank you about the inspiration thing, I still have time to gain a few more pounds!! But remember, I've been quite sick with this one so if I wasn't I probably would be the size of a house!!!
The dr has him taking codein and Prozac. The Prozac really is helping reduce the back pain along with the codein, taken at night. I first found it strange that he's taking Prozac because I associate that with anti depressive medication, but it makes him less tense and relaxes the muscles - it works on your brain and thoughts to control muscle pain instead of direct muscle targeting. Works for him.
Thanks, you're so sweet! Honestly, your kind words can pull me through a bad day so thank you!! I'm now thinking about how to naturally induce labour like eating spicy foods, drinking raspberry leaf tea and lots of sex!! I'm so ready to have him here..

    Take care - L ;)
Back pain is the worst, my husband lives with it and it is soul destroying. He's on potentially life long medication for it. We're home now and it was nice to be away. We're together a lot in general anyway because Ru and I both work from home and my daughter is home after school, so we never feel like we don't see enough of each other. I just wish I felt better and was able to be with them more when Ayallah was having fun.

You know, it didn't cross my mind to pack a hospital bag and thank god I didn't need it!!
I have stuff at home sorted except for his crib, that'll be done tomorrow. Just want to hold him and see him and.. You know, I just want him here then things will be complete! :)

Hope your family bowling was all fun. L.
Are you still experiencing any changes post cycle? Just wondering if you still have that going on? Had such another non active day, so been on here Reading and making posts. The sickness has been back past couple of days so I'm beyond tired. I did go swimming this morning which helped me feel like I've done something good for me.
I've been so inactive these past few days and Ru is exhausted because he's been doing all the activities with her so far! We're going swimming today so I'll at least feel like I've got my body moving. It was a bit scary but, I'm relieved it's not happening yet, though I had a dream last night he was born today lol! I don't thunk he wants to come out yet. I'll tell yah when he does!
Posted this on my wall yesterday by mistake!! Had a scare today, pains and contractions, was advised to go to hospital, no baby yet - sent back to hotel but advised to rest as much as I can. They think my ligaments are causing the most of the pain but they did pick up on my contracts but my cervix is closed. Always a drama going on! Will keep you posted ...
ahhhh hahahahahaahaha that's funny what P posted down there...that i luv you dude, than he falls:)
I can't believe it, so far today, yesterday and the day before, I've had no sickness... Things might be looking up for the final weeks of this pregnancy! In Brighton on holiday with the family. Hope all is well ;)
Didn't know you had herniated disks, sounds painful! I've had no time to do any training this week because I've been trying to keep up with work or looking after Ayallah, or catching up with my dad. I'm itching to do something and really want sn hour to myself but it just might not be possible this week :( We'll be in Brighton next week so I won't get a chance then either. I miss it and understand how you feel! I still have the sickness which is making me very tired, but with almost 4 weeks left I'm not far away, it's dragging on now because I'm so tired and everything feels like a chore! Plus.. I can't stop moaning about it all!!!

Look after that back, and rest up until your next workout. Take care x
My husband helps me out, too. Especially now. We're the lucky ones!! ;)
My weekend was a busy one but not so bad, I'm having bursts of energy and when I do I cram in lots of jobs, because I know my energy will drop and I won't be able to do them later. Ayallah has her sports day tomorrow so I'm looking forward to watching and cheering her on. She's such a sweetheart! Oh, I sent you the pic you've been waiting for! :)
It is extremely hard on my body yes, I feel very limp and my drive is very low to perform normal everyday tasks, but I'm doing most of it when I can. My husband is amazing, doing a lot of the things I would do and he doesn't mind! I feel bad that he does so much now, but he's starting to see all the things I normally do everyday so maybe in some ways he's grown more of an appreciation for what I do. He is the best I could ever wish for. Thanks for the message, made me feel a little better :)
She did ok, they suggested she does an advanced recreational group for a while to increase her strength and flexibility before they take her into the squad. So she will get in eventually. I'm just so tired, teary everyday because I just can't eat enough to fuel my day. I tend to throw up all day and manage dinner. Taking it's toll on me :( but I can't wait to see him.
Stopping by to say hello ;) feeling so exhausted now, no drive to get anything done! Hard enough trying to get work done.. need some inspiration ...
