Hi lovely! I feel yah, sent you an email actually about my sleep woes. Last night again was rubbish, got to sleep at around 11, then the burglar alarm went off at 1am, the heavy winds set off the sensors on the balcony. Then Tal woke up at 2am and I spent an hour or so trying to get him back to sleep, then finally I crack and said to my husband "right it's time for him to go I'm going insane with no sleep" we moved his cot into the room next door and at around 4am he starting crying..I stuck my head under the pillow for a few minutes but then he was silent until 8am
but, I was still awake intermittently through the night
I hope you had better sleep. I start up exercise again today, just s bit of everything, cardio, strength training and flexibility. Hopefully I haven't lost any ROM.
