I'm using the same product, try this: Buy an empty sterilised sealed 10ml vial. Inject the contents of your pre-filled syringe/s into the vial. Then withdraw whatever dose you need from your new multi-dose vial.

Just transfer it all to a sterile multi use vial. Then you can use as required. I do this with my medication (a pre-filled 1ml syringe 250mg/ml).

I have similar results to you OP. Been on TRT for 6 months @ 125mg/wk. My SHBG was 21 pre TRT, and is been slowly dropping down to 13 (15-50). My calculated free testosterone is also high. 1,545 (peak), 652 (trough) (260-740). Also have FAI (free androgen index) 204% (15-100%).
