Femera and nolva is rhe only thing I have ever seen that can shrink lumps But unfortunately if you've had it that long that odds are only surgery will do it

I'd say test only....you'll blow up from minimal after being off so long so save the big guns for when you need them

No problems with that but hcg has an active life of less then 3 days so I'd suggest hitting it 2x weekly at 250-500iu each time

On its own I never noticed much from gh even up to 8iu per day, but along with a mild cycle the gains are actually very good! I've noticed it seems to make the AAS more effective so overall my cycles are much smaller but gains are better

I dont know if it works during a cycle but I know that in the absence of steroids clomid has been shown to increase base testosterone levels, not by a huge amount but by some, thats why post cycle crashes tend to happen after clomid
