i have a bowl of oatmeal w/ blueberries or cranberries and a 50g protein shake an hour before the gym.
on the way to the gym i drink a sugar free energy drink and right before my warmups i pop an eca stack.

i used the cold filt. iso whey for a while. orange juice indulgence. great consistency, mixability, and taste.
i just started using a custom blend i made. i think it's like 50% cold iso, 35% whey, 15% casseniete. produces a little gas and doesn't mix as well. still good though. i'll stick with it.
