^exactly. There is no chance your job would test for it, unless its in an industry where steroid use is rampant or despised, which is almost nothing. I guess there might be a slight chance with law enforcement or important government jobs but even with those id say highly unlikely.

I hit a plateau around week 6-7 in the spring but then busted through it by eating more, didn't gain much fat, just needed the extra 500-750 cals just like dadawg said to keep the gains up.
I'm gonna disagree with you here. strict form will come second to constantly challenging your muscles with larger weights.
if your new to the game, then sure, focus on form otherwise increasing weight should be the main goal.
