if you looked at me you would say, that guy definitley lifts hard.....if I showed you my waistline you say that guy definitley doesnt do cardio.........
question........i wanna run some var only while cutting down for about 6-8 weeks at 40-50 mgs/day............advisable? or no?
o sugars , protein 1g/lb BW.....carbs are cycyled....the high carb day there is no limit to the amount of carbs i can eat as long as i get in my protein intake first in each meal....low carb day is 200 grams split between two meals and no carb is self explanatory

keep it basic bro.....1.5 grams pro per lb bw, no carbs after 4, last food meal @ 7, low fat, lots of water, cardio in AM on emtpy stomach, etc......and heavy, basic compound movements during your weight training.

It's been a long time since I have posted on this board. Good to see everyone doing well. Here is my upcoming cutter and just wanted some opinions. Keep in mind this is my first cycle. I know you should save your first for a bulker, but I've made up my mind. SO critique...
I changed my mind and decided to try something that worked well for me in the past, that being carb cycling. So my diet will look something like this
High Carb Day
Meal 1
6 egg whites
all the oatmeal i can eat
Meal 2
Isopure Shake
Meal 3
4-6 oz of chicken breast
all the brown rice I can...
I am genetically prone to hair loss and my hair is already starting to thin on top. My question is, would one 10 week cycle of Sustanon (sust) at 500mgs/wk drastically accelerate the hair loss or not?
My plan for my cutting diet is pretty simple.......
no starchy carbs after 12 -only veggies
oatmeal and brown rice as my carb source
chicken, eggs, tuna, and whey as my protein sources
Flax and Natty PB as my fat sources
at least 1g protein per lb of bodyweight
about 100 - 150 grams carbs...
