I changed my mind and decided to try something that worked well for me in the past, that being carb cycling. So my diet will look something like this

High Carb Day

Meal 1

6 egg whites
all the oatmeal i can eat

Meal 2

Isopure Shake

Meal 3

4-6 oz of chicken breast
all the brown rice I can eat
salad with olive oil

Meal 4 (post training)

Isopure Shake

Meal 5

4-6 oz of London Broil or Pork Loin
all the brown rice I can eat
salad with olive oil

Meal 6

Micellar Casein Protein (before bed)

Moderate Carb Day

Meal 1

6 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 2

Isopure

Meal 3

4-6 oz of chicken
1/2 sweet potato
salad with olive oil

Meal 4

Isopure

Meal 5

4-6 oz London Broil or Pork Loin
1/2 cup brown rice
salad w/ olive oil

Meal 6

Micellar Casein Protein (before bed)

NO carb day

Meal 1

6 egg whites, 3 yolks

Meal 2

Isopure

Meal 3

4-6 oz chicken breast
1tbsp Flax

Meal 4

Isopure

Meal 5

London Broil or Pork Loin 4-6 oz
1 tbsp Flax

Meal 6

Micellar Casein protein (before bed)

** I know many will not agree with so many shakes
** I also know that many will not agree with the "no carb" days
** My training split is designed so that I am not training on the "no carb" days.

At any rate....please evaluate!!!

i've done that type of approach fro contest dieting in the past and it works...but the no carb day, i dont agree with...there is no need to deplete one day in a 3 day cycle...have at least a cup of oatmeal in the morning and salad with 1 or 2 meals...i did it like that and i didnt even have to carb deplete for a show i did, and i came in bone dry and hard as nails..but then again, its ur choice.
